Borders

If you are crossing a border

Tell us and we will check it before we propose anything. Some crossings are closed, some accept only a visa on arrival, and some tie you to gates you named weeks earlier on an e-visa application. It is much cheaper to find that out now than at the barrier.

What we do with your answers

The five questions are enough to decide the three things that shape everything else: which country you should fly into, which direction the route runs, and whether the month you have suits the places you have named. Dates come first, because they rule some combinations out — a fortnight in late October that includes central Vietnam and the Gulf islands is two coasts in their worst weeks, and that is much better fixed now than explained later. Party size decides the vehicle and how much the internal flights cost. The length tells us how many borders the trip can absorb: one crossing per week is comfortable, two is busy, three is a logistics exercise rather than a holiday.

What we send back is a day-by-day route rather than a brochure page — where you sleep each night, what each day holds, how long each transfer takes, and which documents the crossings need. The price is broken down by what it includes, at two hotel standards, so the comparison is yours to make. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you tell us the route is right.

Second opinion

If you already have an itinerary

Plenty of people arrive here with a route they have built themselves, or one from another operator, and want a second opinion rather than a blank page. Send it. We will tell you which days do not work and why — usually a transfer that is longer than it looks, a border document that is wrong for the gate, a month that is wrong for one leg of the route, or an internal flight that leaves no room if the one before it slips. If the itinerary is sound we will say that too, and you are free to take it back to whoever wrote it.

If you are comparing quotes, the two things worth checking are what hotel standard each one assumes and which internal flights are included, because those two lines explain most of the difference between any two prices for the same fortnight. Ask both operators to state them and the comparison usually becomes obvious.

Your details

What happens to what you send us

The form goes to the planning team and nowhere else. We use it to answer you and to build your itinerary; we do not sell it, and we do not pass your passport details to a visa agent — every application on a route we plan is made in your own name on the official government portal. If you would rather send the details by WhatsApp or email instead of a form, that is equally fine, and the contact page has both.
